Complete site work package for a new fueling and convenience facility located on Doremus Avenue in Newark, NJ. Project scope included a full array of utility installations, as well as the construction of two precast “Terre Arch” retention systems (the first of its kind in Northern NJ). Also included was selective demolition, the import of 60,000 CY of select fill, retaining walls, curbing, and heavy duty asphalt pavement.
