Rehabilitation and infrastructure improvements of a luxury townhouse community on the banks of the Hudson River. This property was damaged during Hurricane Sandy, and experienced major flooding during storm events. To alleviate this, the project included the construction of a seawall and shoreline revetment, storm drainage upgrades, and elevation of the site above the flood plain. Also included was concrete flatwork, asphalt paving, and lighting upgrades.
