Moving and grading massive quantities of earth is the first step in any successful development project. Work begins in the office where our estimating team utilizes state of the art CAD software to prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and site models. This information is used to plot haul routes, borrow pits, and embankments which allows our crews to seamlessly phase jobsite operations. Once onsite, the firm employs GPS machine control on our machinery to maintain an unprecedented level of accuracy and efficiency while grading and shaping the earth. Wastewater Management
True to our name, Sanitary Construction Company began its foray into the construction industry by building some of the first wastewater treatment systems in Northern New Jersey. Effectively managing this facet of site development is our specialty.
